Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and QuokkaQuery, the operator of QueyFrames (queyframes.com). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions go to support@quokkaquery.com.

QueyFrames is a node-based canvas for generating and arranging media — video, images, music, speech, sound effects and text — using third-party AI models. The service is currently in early access: new accounts may need to be granted access before the editor and generation features become available, and features may change, break or be withdrawn while we build.

You can sign up with an email address and password or with a Google account. You are responsible for your account and for keeping its credentials secure. Generation requires a verified email address; email/password accounts must click the verification link we send before they can spend credits.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age your jurisdiction requires) to use the service.

Generation is metered in credits. Credits are a unit of measurement for using the service — they are not money, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed, and are not refundable except as described here or required by law.

• New accounts receive a one-time starting grant of credits. Certain higher-cost actions (such as image, video, music and rendered generation) additionally require an account that has made at least one purchase.
• Credits from one-off packs do not expire. Credits granted by a Plus subscription are refreshed each billing period; unused subscription credits roll over for one period and then expire.
• Actions billed by output size (for example video length or speech length) reserve their maximum cost up front and settle down to the actual cost when the result arrives.
• If a generation fails, the charge for it is refunded to your credit balance automatically. A refund of credits is not a refund of money.

Credit prices, costs per action and the free plan’s limits (for example the number of projects a free account can create) are shown in the product and may change. Changes apply going forward, never retroactively to credits you already hold.

Purchases are processed by Stripe. The price shown at checkout is the price charged. A Plus subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel; you can cancel, update payment details and view invoices at any time through the billing portal linked from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals — credits already granted for a paid period remain available until that period’s rollover rules expire them.

Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases of credit packs and subscription periods already started are non-refundable.

You keep whatever rights you have in the material you upload and the prompts you write. You give us the limited license needed to operate the service: to store your projects and media, process them through the AI providers that power generation, and display them back to you. We do not use your projects, prompts or media to train models of our own.

You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, and for how you use what you generate. We claim no ownership over generated output. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to output generated for someone else — treat it accordingly, especially where accuracy or originality matters.

You agree not to use the service to:

• create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive about real people or events, or harmful — including sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence, and harassment;
• violate the acceptable-use terms of the AI providers the service is built on;
• probe, overload, scrape or interfere with the service, or circumvent its access, moderation or billing controls.

Prompts and uploads are screened by automated moderation before generation; a blocked prompt costs nothing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and we may remove content we are required to remove.

Generation runs on third-party providers — currently Google (Gemini) for video, images and text, ElevenLabs for music, speech and sound effects, and OpenAI for content moderation — and billing runs on Stripe. Their availability affects ours, and material you submit for generation is processed by them as described in our privacy policy.

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@quokkaquery.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, for legal reasons, or if the service is discontinued; where practical we will give notice. Unused credits are forfeited when an account is terminated for breach.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated output will meet your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuokkaQuery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or content, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date, and where reasonable by email. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
